Modern Dance Classes

In this class I will take you through modern dance techniques and floorwork phrases that lead to a choreography. We will move from a conscious body and learn to deal with gravity. Using our breath to support our movements we will connect with the space in and around our bodies.

Expect to play, fall, roll, release, jump, connect, fly and enjoy the pleasure of movement.

When: every Tuesday evening from 20:15 – 21:30
Price: pay what you can, starting from 11,00 euro
Level: all levels, everyone is welcome
